You'll also find a coffee machine, toaster, blender, cookware, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bedroom: Rest peacefully in the stylish bedroom, featuring a comfortable King bed. The condo accommodates up to 4 guests, and a Pack ’n Play/travel crib is available for little ones. Check-in: Personalized self check-in instructions will be sent at 5pm the day prior to your arrival day. Check-ins after 11:00 PM are not permitted. Early Check-in/Late Check-out: May be available for a $35 fee, pending availability. Please inquire in advance. Key Fob: Please be careful with the key fob. A $100 fine will be charged if it is lost. Cleaning: Our properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to CDC guidelines by professional cleaners before every stay. We provide starter dishwasher and laundry detergent pods for your use. Laundry: A laundry card is provided for the shared facilities. It is the guest's responsibility to add funds to the card. Deliveries: For security reasons, we do not permit package or mail deliveries to the unit. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any personal belongings left at the property after check-out.

The neighborhood is very quiet and comfortable. Publix is located a block away as well as CVS. Located in one of the safest neighborhoods in all of Florida. The location is halfway between Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach.

Guest Access

Enjoy a seamless and private stay with keyless self-check-in. You will receive an access code for the unit and a key fob for entry to the building and parking garage. As our guest, you will have full, private access to the entire condo. You will also have access to the shared community amenities, including: An outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor patio with comfortable furniture and a dining area Please keep in mind, if they key fob is lost there will be a $100 penalty.

Everything was amazing! The location is perfect — close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was especially important for me since I cook for my kids. We also really appreciated the beach equipment — chairs and umbrellas were a big plus. The pool was wonderful, and the whole complex felt quiet and safe. Nothing — everything was perfect.

This apt is located one block away from Collins Ave which holds all the major attractions nearby. It is also where the beach is located. The area is completely walkable and you are able to reach shops, restaurants and attractions within minutes!
